It is not a physical examination, it does not create a treating relationship with your pet, and it does not include prescribing or performing treatment. Your treating veterinarian remains responsible for your pet's care.

The fee for an opinion is confirmed with you before you pay. If we accept a case and are then unable to provide a useful opinion, the fee is refunded.
To the extent permitted by law, our liability in connection with an opinion is limited to resupply of the opinion or refund of the fee paid for it. Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.
