Enquiries submitted through this site are received and processed through our enquiry handling system. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not publish anything that identifies you or your pet without your permission.
Records and imaging you send are used only to prepare your opinion. If we anonymise a case for educational content on this site, every identifying detail about you, your pet and your clinic is removed or changed.
This site uses privacy focused analytics that count visits without building personal profiles. We do not run advertising trackers.
You can ask for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, by using the contact form. We handle personal information in accordance with the Australian Privacy Principles.
